Every year, ExxonMobil organizes a Master Class for belgian final-year students in engineering and business/economics. This Master Class is a unique opportunity to get acquainted with ExxonMobil and the people who work for the company. In a case study quiz you will solve the problems our young employees as well as our managers are facing at ExxonMobil on a daily basis. Program
The Master Class begins with a short introduction to ExxonMobil.
Then the real work begins! You will be divided into small teams comprising both engineers and economists for an interactive ‘case study quiz’. Interesting issues taken from real-life situations will help you discover more about the ExxonMobil’s business.
After the quiz, managers and young employees will explain their career paths and day to day activities.
To close the evening, you are invited for a reception, the ideal opportunity to meet our management and young employees in a more informal way. (more details are communicated as soon as you are invited)
Practical You will be picked up by bus or taxi in your university town. No dinner will be provided, but we’ll make sure you won’t starve… Where? Machelen headoffice, near Brussels, headquarter for Europe, Middle-East and Africa for our downstream and chemical operations.

Testimonial
Sarah, participant Master Class October 2008: "When I applied to the Masterclass it was with a clear view in sight: find out whether ExxonMobil could be the right place for me to start my career. I wanted to know more about the company, but mostly I wanted to get a good impression of the culture within ExxonMobil. I found the contacts as informal as I hoped they would be, the business more diverse than I could imagine and the opportunities omnipresent. The Masterclass itself offered an opportunity to show your own skills and to talk with many new hires and more experienced people. And, of course, it was simply a nice evening as well. It gave me a certainty about my choice that every starter needs when I finally applied for ExxonMobil."
